I’ve spent my career supporting athletes at the highest levels — from national team Nordic skiers to Olympic rowers — and I’ve learned that performance isn’t just about sport; it’s about living well. Now I’m bringing that experience to help women on Vancouver Island and beyond. I offer coaching focused on women’s health, performance, and longevity, with both in-person services and virtual programs designed to meet women where they are. My approach blends evidence-based training with a supportive, practical framework that helps women build lasting habits, reach their goals, and sustain them over the long term.
My vision is simple: to help women move more, feel better, and live longer. Whether it’s chasing a performance milestone, improving day-to-day health, or building confidence through movement, I’m here to support that journey.
