Challenge your workplace to improve its fitness together. The baseline package includes two VO2max tests per person (performed 2-3 months apart, at or near your workplace). It can be customized for your team to include individual health coaching, team "Lunch and Learns" to learn strategies for improving health, or bundled with "Lunch and Burn" or "Learn to Lift" sessions. You can choose to make it competitive and offer prizes for most improved VO2max, highest VO2max, etc.

Introduce a 30-minute HIIT routine during your lunch hour that will energize your team. Workouts are designed to improve your VO2max, agility and bone density. Short and sweet, we will have you in and out of your workout in 30 minutes, perfect for the typical 1hr lunch hour! This format will focus on building autonomy and routine and give your workplace the skills and equipment to keep it going on their own afterwards! I will work with you to find the best possible space at or near your workplace.
