Ten weeks, once a week. Strength training for girls 16–18yrs, paced around school and sport. Inaugural fall cohort starts Sept 16, 2026.

Thirty minutes of mobility at Seablush Park. Wednesdays 7:45–8:15pm, June 3 – July 22, 2026. Open to everyone.
